We've enjoyed the ACE for almost three years now, and except for the (daily) maintenance to keep all the systems functioning, it's been a positive experience. Yes...no problems with weight distribution...the other side is used for tables, chairs and other gear. The bike weight 700 lbs... probably about 300 + lbs of gear on the opposite side... after 5k miles...no problems...

Yeah!! We made it to SoCal yesterday afternoon. Thanks to the good advice from some other regulars on this forum, we are encamped at East Shore RV Park in San Dimas, CA. It is very nice - quiet, spacious sites with a great view. I missed a couple days of updates. We spent Monday night at Low High RV Ranch in Deming, NM and Tuesday night at Saddle Mountain RV Park in Tonopah, AZ. Both were really nice campgrounds. We were really surprised how few people were at Saddle Mountain this time of year.

While you're in San Dimas keep and eye out for Bill, Ted, Abraham Lincoln, Genghis Khan, Billy The Kid, Sigmund Freud, Napoleon, Joan of Arc, Beethoven, and Socrates.

In Western NY at New Era Field in Orchard Park. Yes, we have a Winter Storm Warning with several inches of lake effect snow predicted. Good times!

Going to need a snowthrower over there for the kind of snow Western NY gets! We're getting a little lake effect right now but its nothing compared to that.

Day camping at Ozello Community Park on the eastern edge of the Gulf of Mexico, about thirty miles north of our winter home. The temperature was perfect as usual at this time of year in central Florida.
