Palazzo 2016
Had the same thing happen to my coach going into LA. Cabinet came down on the dash and console. Thor as always arguing with the repair shop about how long to fix the issue. Think I had to pay extra to have it done right. Lots of little issue with 2016 Palazzo. Every time I take it out it is something new. This time the house batteries melted. Yes melted. Taking it in tomorrow. Sure Thor will find some reason it is not their issue. Will update later.
