This is the knob... well, not the broken one, this one controls direction (feet, defrost, etc) but they're the same, right down to the "HGA" stamped on the back.

I just tried the EBay Motors site, no luck. Might end up calling Ford when we get home in a few days.

Thanks for the suggestions!

Our a/c knobs broke on the backside last summer...while on the road...we super glued the pieces back in place...and checked the other knobs while on the job...repaired them. We have had no problem with them in over a year.

If you can get the Ford part#, you can sometimes type the number in the ebay search box and find it that way. I've found a few parts doing this.

I would love to find the part number, Mitch. HGA is stamped on it, beyond that I've had no luck searching Google and every site I can think of.

Really? I thought about trying that, but gave up on the idea. But since it worked for you, I'm certainly going to try! Thanks!

Take a look at this: Evans Tempcon, Inc

It looks like it has and "HGA" stamped on the back (it's hard to tell because it isn't a good image).

Yes, it looks like HGA to me too. I don't know how you found it, but now I have a part number! Thank you very much.

rhp, Did you ever solve your problem? My temp control is way too sensitive as well. The slightest of movement on the temp knob goes from too cold to too hot.

I know its been 5yrs ago that this question was asked on here regarding the HGA knobs but I need the exact same ones. Any luck finding them?

The entire heat and air system is made by Evans Tempco. All the parts you need can be found at <https://www.comfortairgr.com/product...rome-rv-parts/

We do not have our Axis due to health issues. WE did have the issue with those pesky control knobs on the a/c ..heat .
We were on a trip in our brand new 2016 Axis...and found the base to the a/c control knob in several pieces....our only alternative was to get super glue and put it and another knob I checked at that time...back together

The fix was perfect...we never had any issues from that point forward and decided that replacement knobs could possibly pose the same issue...They are still working as expected 7 yrs later !
