Outside TV on Vegas 24.1 ( 2016 )

Is there an easy way to "swing out" or get behind the outside TV on a Vegas 24.1?

I'd like to check the connections of the antenna to the TV as on my first trip I had a fuzzy picture until I wiggled the wire. I tried to pull lightly on the TV but it seems to be really attached to the coach and not wanting to move or swing out. Didn't want to break anything.

In my 2014 Vegas it sat down on two flat “hooks” and you lifted it up off the mounts and out toward you, I don’t have one in my 2016 Axis so I can’t check.

on my '17 24.1 the outside tv is a swing-out mount.
there are powerful magnets that hold it in place
so pull fairly hard towards you, and then you can swing right to left or access the connections or mounting fasteners

Yeah but I think the first couple of years the TV's did NOT swing out.

He could retro fit an aftermarket one for like $50 (or less). Look at "mono price.com".

I have a 2016 25.2. my outside tv is mounted to 2 metal straps. Nothing else. The TV does not swing out. You can remove the TV by accessing a few screws above and below the tv on the straps.

BE CAREFUL... SOME OF THESE TVs DO NOT PULL OUT!!

My bedroom tv is on the screw mount you refer to
Unscrew the side screws accessed from the hallway, then push toward wall on its slide mechanism
Then it can be removed

Difficult to explain

That’s probably what the pre-2017 rigs have on the outside.
