Direct TV app and Roku

Does anyone know if we can use the Direct TV app and a Roku to watch TV in our 2014 Thor ACE? I understand that we would have to have Internet service for this to work, but I'm not sure of the process!

Please help or any suggestions are appreciated!

PS. We have Direct TV in our home!

I have a Roku receiver that I carry in my MC. I carry a Verizon Jetpak for internet access. I am able to receive all the channels that I receive on my home
Roku devices. I subscribe to Playstation Vue for live channels. I only have viewing issue when there is issue with the internet signal.

Yeah all you have to do is plug in the Roku device and hook up to internet and you should be ready to go (provided internet is fast and reliable enough).

Thank you! Can I use my hotspot on my Verizon phone? I will research getting the Playstation Vue!

Yes you can. I have used a hotspot on a Verizon phone. Again if you are deep in the mountains, the internet signal may not be great. Good luck.

We use the NIGHTHAWK hotspot and ATT and stream DIRECTV NOW. Works GREAT, and ATT doesnt count DIRECTV NOW toward any data limits.

Yeah streaming services (we also use Playstation Vue) can eat up your data plan if they aren't exempted.

It will work as long as you have an internet connection--it doesn't care how you have a connection.
