Do you have any plumbing or electrical harness coming through the floor in that area? If so thats probably where it is getting in.

Will mention to repair place. Would they just put something like expanding foam?

Whatever is easiest for them. Best to look yourself!!! You care more about your coach than anyone I assume, so have at it. Should not be a hard find....

Do you have an outside TV? open that up I bet that is covered as well.

Earlier this year we took our 24.1 down a few dirt roads and I'm still finding stuff everywhere--even after I washed it. Open a storage hatch and get a poof of dirt..!

From what I could see on the floorplan: that area is contained in the slide...
With all of the moving parts and clearances that are necessary: anything is possible.

If you can, and at night, have someone with a flashlight go inside the coach and shine it inside and around all the spaces under the counters, plumbing access, etc., while you crawl underneath. You'll find places you can fill with expanding foam and other places around the slides you might can add strips of stick-on foam insulation near the "at rest" areas. You'll be amazed how similar it is to a colander.

dust in new motorhome

On my 1st few trips the dust was from manufacturing, mainly sawdust. If you look in areas that are not finished you will see saw dust and other debris that was not cleaned after. like in areas between walls, and behind appliances, We had a lot of saw dust in our clothes cabinets, after our first trip.

They are sometimes not sealed as well as they should be. We had a gap between the cab and where the motorhome was attached to it on the drivers side. Not a big deal to seal it up, which has been done.

Actually the outside TV compartment was clean and dust free.

O I would like nothing better but alas age and arthritis won’t cooperate with me getting on the ground and getting up again.

The area is the cabinet that has the kitchen sink and drawers, that area is in the solid part of RV

Thanks for that correction: don't ever ask me about my map-reading skills!

Ha ha, i am retired Surveyor/civil Eng for USFS, got great map-reading skills,

but a newbie on this stuff. Talked to Thor, they said check under coach for floor seams apart or around wheel wells. I will discuss all these ideas with the repair place
