Refrigerator switches to propane when connected to shorepower

Took my 2018 Windstar 29M out for the first time last week. When connected to the 30 amp outlet on the park pole (my unit runs on 30 amps) and had the refrigerator set to auto, it kept switching back to propane! I looked in the manual and couldn't find anything. Any ideas as to why it isn't staying on outside electric?

Did you try the turn off and on? Did you check the power at the plug behind the outside vent?

Does it run on AC at all? Does the light come on when you open the door?

It might just automatically default to propane when you choose the Auto setting.
Try manually setting it to AC power.

Not going to go out and open the ACE, but if memory serves me the Norcold fridge has an Auto and a Gas setting. You can set to it run on gas only. When on shore power it must be set to auto to run on AC.
