I found the windshield was not sealed at the lower left side and let air in making noise above 60mph.. I was pressing it and notice it had movement.

My high pitch whistle varies at around 60mph. Just guessing but I think grill replacement will fix my prob.

My wife and I purchased a 2016 Thor Ace 29.4 in April. I immediately notice a high pitched squeal coming from the passenger side of the front end at 60 mph. It got even worse when it was raining. We just returned from our first long trip, a two week, 2700 mile journey to Nova Scotia. It was a constant problem, and it got so loud at times when it was raining that we felt like we should be donning ear protection.

After doing some research on the net we discovered it appeared to be caused by the front grille. As an experiment we installed some duct tape on the passenger side corner of the grille (three strips wide). It definitely deadened the sound, but did not get rid of it entirely. One poster suggested removing the grille gets rid of it entirely. This of course would look ugly and leave the rads fully exposed to road debris, so this is not a solution.

I will definitely be following up with Thor and requesting a replacement grille or a set of ear muffs!
