What apps do you use

So my g-son finally convinced me to enter the 21st century and get rid of the bag phone we have been toting around since 1984. Now that we have a “smart” phone I am curious as to what apps you guys and gals are using in your travels?

I could have sworn bag phones all quit working about ten years ago everywhere but Stovepipe, the town in the bottom of death valley.
I think I might pay a considerable sum for one that works cross country....

Life360
iexit
Rvparky
Maps
Sygic maps
Torque
Park advisor
Overlander
Harvest hosts
Police scanner
Radar now
Waze
Placards
Flightradar24
Smart tools
Garage buddy
YI camera
MyQ
Dashboard pro
Back country navigator
US topo maps

Sygic, maps, iexit, torque, radar now, police scanner always running.
Step up and pay the $1.99+- for pro versions.

I suggest you buy an old phone, a galaxy five or such for 40 bucks, load these programs on it and leave it in the rv at all times. It frees up your phone and allows you to have multi screens open to multiple apps.

I've assumed you have an android.....
And tablets with 10" screens are only 80 bucks at Walmart... They use all the programs I've listed except iexit and Life360. Buy one. ONN is the brand.

I've got an app that provides me with a level...
(very handy when setting up the RV! )
I've also got a Pilot/Flying J locator app...

A common question with many discussions (usually asking about apps also veers into GPS hardware territory). Some relevant discussions:

Personally for navigation I use Google Maps, iExit, and the in-dash radio (an iGo Navigation variation).

To level the coach I use a Level Mate Pro (hardware with its own app communicating via bluetooth).

My TPMS sensors are also bluetooth and use an app.

Don't forget about the camping apps such as KOA, and Harvest Host.

One not yet mentioned is DTV antennas. My antenna is directional, and this app shows which way the nearby stations are. Been very useful.

Aha! No wonder that phone never rang and the bill was so cheap...….
