What's required to convert, I have a Blackstone griddle but have only used off portable tanks. Since new Thor has a hook up I'll want to use that vs hauling portables.

Bob I have the double burner Blackstone griddle and a lid is a must have.
Works great especially when the wind kicks up.

Where are you camping? We're at the Hammondsport/Bath KOA.

Been running our grill off the RV since we picked up the new trailer in January. So much easier than hauling around the 20 lb tank.

Propanegear.com sells a fitting and quick disconnect hose that is advertised as being for the Blackstones...

EDIT: Here's a link to their hardware!

My cooking skills seem to hover between, "What is THIS supposed to be?", and " Omigawd... "

But I'll never have worms, because no parasite can survive it!

My black stone said use flax oil... it’s high temp... it worked great to season!
Here’s my set up , I got the adapter to run off house propane... the table came from Millet sports in the UK.

Too bad I don't pay attention. Just saw this thread but bought the Black Stone 17" last week. First thing was to season it and the second thing I did was cook up a batch of bacon. Came out great but if I had read some of the suggestions here I think it could have been better.

What is the general thoughts on a table top for grittles and small grills? Most campgrounds frown on using their picnic tables for cooking.

Blackstone makes a really nice foldable stand for the 17 & 22 inch griddles. At $90 it cost more than your griddle but probably worth it. I use one of those muti-fold out tables from CW. I've seen so many creative tables to use for these things. Just be careful not to go too tall.

Thanks pave mike,

I have looked at a few on line but never know exactly how solidly they are built.
