Great Thor Customer Service

I just called Thor Customer Service to get schematics for our new 35SF. Yes, I was on hold for about 13 minutes. But when I finally got to a support agent I was extremely pleased. I asked for schematics for water and electric. By the time I got off the phone I had received 14 separate emails (some with multiple diagrams and schematics). The support agent was extremely helpful when sending these drawings. He spends time on the off hour support calls and pointed out things that sometimes cause problems - even highlighting them on the drawings. All told I was on the phone with him for 1 hour and 12 minutes. Very informative and useful call.

That is amazing customer service. We also have been very pleased with their tech support.
