We were born and raised in and near Tucson.



Something we did last year for the day after Thanksgiving. It only took me 30 years to finally remember to do it:

Left over turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and enough gravy to make it all sticky, stuffed into sausage tube. Fried for breakfast.
Best breakfast sausage ever.

Patties would fry up nice also.
