House plumbing Cleanout in ground

About 6 feet from my driveway I have a 4" plumbing cleanout in the ground. Can I dump my black and gray tank out into this cleanout? We have sewer and not septic, it would be very convient say at the end of the year.

When we poured our rv pad we had it tied in to said clean out but below grade so it would drain properly. Dump away!

I've never verified this, but I suspect that some municipalities may not formally allow it.....so I do it as discretely as possible, and if I have a choice avoid doing it....

My water is metered coming into the house. For every gallon I BUY, I also PAY an additional fee to sewer it....so for every gallon I'm dumping the utility isn't getting their money.... well that's not totally true since the majority of my fresh water I load to the RV comes from my house....but still, you get the idea...

Also, I'd imagine that huge onslaught of waste might overwhelm the works in some older neighborhoods that can barely handle their normal small flow from each house on the system as it is....

but, to even 'clarify' more(if we can use that 'term' when discussing 'sewer' related issues!)... you also were not 'using' your home's sewer while you were away, so there's no difference in the 'difference', if you get my drift(not THAT drift!)
.....pewwwwyyyy!

yeah, no kidding!
but
I suspect it's the same anywhere that's not on a septic tank. they have to get their money someplace and they aint gonna meter the sewage flow

I've always lived where there's metered water, but sewer is included in your bill, never had a separate fee for it, especially per gallon. Never been on a septic system.

I'll bet it's there...just hidden in your per gallon price
You would only know about it if your provider offers separate 2nd water meters for irrigation.. you pay less for water that goes on the grass and doesn't go back out the sewer line.....

I also installed a "dump station" When I built our house.
The suggestion I would have is when you take the cap off, put a reducer on the pipe and a smaller cap. I have seen the entire sewer hose slip down the drain pipe.

I agree: use a fair amount of "tactical concealment" when dumping, and try a discreet phone call (from a distant and unrelated phone), to see if the code enforcement folks might have a problem with it.

Well son of a gun, it's there. The sewer charge is actually higher then the water charge. Don't see a per gallon measurement, just a base sewer charge and am actual usage charge. Wonder how they determine that.

It's usually assumed what comes in must go out. That's why people add a separate meter for irigation systems as to not pay sewer on that water. Where I live we have our own well and the sewer is a flat rate for each house.

If you're getting charged for it: put it to good use!
