Model & body info

Anyone know if 2017 Thor Gemini is a transit or a transit connect? I'm trying to order Husky floor mats unless you can think of a better brand. Thanks

It is a Transit. The connect is much smaller and has no diesel option.

It is a little, itty bitty delivery van...

Hilarious that they thought it was an RV

Floor mats

For my money, if you are able to get Weather Tech floor liners, I would get them. Custom made for the vehicle.

In fairness, a few tiny campers are made on the tiny Ford Transit Connect platform, so their request for clarification for floor mats may have been a good sign.

I believe Ford makes 4 different models of Transits, and in Europe they have one that is larger than the Transit Connect but smaller than our Transit that seems fairly common to be converted into a camper van. It's similar to Mercedes' van that is smaller than a Sprinter, which is also very popular as a camper van in Europe and other parts of the world.

Like the tiny original VW campers from the 60s, I appreciate that some campers prefer tiny recreational vehicles that can fit in a standard garage and double as a second car. If nothing else it makes it easy and economical to travel long distances.
