Unscrew the aerators on the faucets and check the screens in them. Chances are they have accumulated crud or sawdust/plastic from when the rig was built. I have yet to find an RV shower that has decent flow. Most of the shower heads have built-in flow restrictors, meant to keep you from depleting the hot water too quickly. Other than removing the restrictors, I found that the Oxygenics shower heads make a big difference.
