Well if they used the institute to train the assembly line workers properly they wouldn't need as many service tech's! (in addition: if they paid the assembly line workers a fair wage so they wouldn't jump ship every 5 minutes we might have quality RV's--and a bit more pricey ones most likely)

Pay has little to nothing to do with it. Pride in work and QC.
