Irish Spring soap a mouse deterrent???

Has anyone heard if this works?

I use it every year around the tires , as well as a few boxes of dryer sheets, "fresh cab" packets in every compartment, and electronic repellents - so far no mice , lol

I use it and it works. Make sure it is the original variety and not the type with Aloe. Rodents will eat the Aloe type and procreate like crazy.

I used the dryer sheets one time and the darned mice used them to make a nest behind a drawer i the bedroom.

Mice seem to really like it. Peppermint oil on cotton pads, works best for us.
