FYI for the get together on Friday, we are bringing a seafood macaroni salad.
We are really looking forward to seeing all again.

Yum, Jim! The plan is BYOE, for everybody to bring their own everything, and something to share. This can be interesting, if half bring the same thing! Usually it works out OK.

Potluck

We were thinking of a regular potluck, but we are good with BYOE style. Still bringing the salad and something else. Really looking forward to seeing all again.
We will bring our car, can seat 4 for trip to restaurant on Saturday.
We will be at the campground mid afternoon Friday, stopping at the bakery in Yalaha for lunch. If you have not been there, it is worth the trip. Old style German Bakery.

Made reservations on site 77. We live 20 minutes from this park and wanted to check it out anyway for a close getaway.

thanks for the invite, but we cannot make this event. If you come up for a date for the fall please post so I can get it on the calendar. Thanks everyone for the tips for the "newbie" this past fall; Melissa and I are loving the rig!

The 9-5 office number is 352-593-5852. They offer a pool, hot tub, Wifi, dog runs and cable. They have a limited number of converter boxes for our crappy Seiki Tv's with no QUAM tuner.

Get directions from the office, as they have a new entrance your GPS probably won't find. Thru April this park is adults only. They are big rig friendly.

No rally agenda and no rally rules. Please send me a PM and let me know you are coming. Come meet your fellow forum members!

Thank you for invite. Wish we could come. Please try to plan one in the fall again.

It's this weekend! Still room at Belle Parc if you want to join us! Ask for the Sunshine/Thor group.

Check in time is 1 PM, we'll do a potluck Friday night. BYOE, which means bring your own table service and beverage, and your chairs, plus a dish to share.

We'll be going to a great Italian restaurant on Saturday night. The rest of your meals will be on your own. Check out Sunday is noon.

If you want to come, but can't bring your RV, you may come as a guest of our group.

Y'all come!

Just realized that this weekend is the Blueberry festival in Brooksville. This might impact our dinner plans for Saturday evening. A group decision will be made Friday evening.

Still room for a few more in the campground, there will be a lot of folks in the area on Saturday and Sunday. (There is an entry fee to attend the fest.)

Slide issue effectively bypassed (but not fixed) - but enough to be mobile.
Made my reservations to join you today... See you tomorrow!
(should be there mid to late afternoon - site 40 - still have to figure what I'm bringing for dinner...)

(Of course my new - 2016 replacement under service contract - Jensen RV212T just went blank... may have no cameras now...)

Had a great time this weekend... Nice to put faces with names for those that came... Great weather, friends, food, and location... couldn't ask for more.
Thanks for organizing Mr Sunshine! Look forward to the next one.
Have to get some pics off the camera to post.

(Slide 'bypass' wiring worked fine - still need to trace the original power to the switches - guessing some kind of safety interlock failed (no - rapid camp didn't make its appearance in 2014 Hurricanes... but there is something...)

The Jensen RV212T decide to go from blank screen to frozen screen to working normally over the weekend... Certainly not fixed there either... Call to ASA coming tomorrow - was replaced last August.)

The weather was super, the conversation was rambling and informative. We all shared a few things we've learned and we all learned a few things.

Here's a couple of pics of some great looking rigs. Since we weren't all adjacent, it was impossible to get all in one shot. (Yes, we did have rigs that weren't Vegas or Axis.)

General consensus was to gather again in the fall. We're working on plans for early November, again likely in the center part of Florida. We'll let you all know when and where when we figure it out!

That is probably the largest gathering of Axis/Vegas units outside a "Thor sanctioned event"!

Talking

Jamie, bring yours down next fall when we plan another non-rally event. A great time was had by us without a Vegas/Axis, our 28Z was a little lonely for another"C". Seriously, we had a blast, seeing old friends and new friends.

Sadly we're both working, our son is in school and most of our vacation time is already accounted for (reserved, paid, etc.) for this year. (Best part of fall/winter: planning next summer's vacations.)

Thus we can't do a 2 day drive to FL, for a weekend followed by a 2 day drive back to MI. (No matter how much I'd love to just drive the RV around )

We're up to 19 MLB stadiums of 30 with 4 more to go this summer (we've even figured out how we could get the last 7 next summer if the MLB schedule lines up right).

Some pics...

My lone Hurricane in attendance...
Nice facilities at the campground - they are expanding a lot.
We were talking till the cows came home (literally).
