Question Leveling Jacks

I have a 2018 Thor Hurricane 34R. When I retracted the jacks this morning, the panel started beeping and saying "Error: Retract time out. Return leveler for service". I have used the jacks with no problems since purchasing it in Jan 2018. Used them the night before, no issues. Now I can't lower the jacks, can't turn off the panel, can't use any of the panel functions. Suggestions? Thanks.

Press enter and retract at the same time, the system should reset and clear itself.

If that doesn’t work, try removing the plug, wait a few seconds and replace

Yes, that is correct. Press enter and retract at same time. I have a Windsport 29 m 2018 model. I'm always nervous when I go to retract or auto level. They can be very temperamental!!!

If not he's stuck at his campsite. Lol, I'm sure he got a fast response Bob, most exp. campers know that trick. I just found it a few months ago myself!

His history shows he only posts his problems and then never posts any replies. Not very courteous. :\

We can forgive him for that: as long as it's because he's too busy enjoying his RV, to post about the fix.

You are a forgiving man Bob, he has made a total of 4 posts since last year and each one about problems and NO replys. Yeah, I see the game

I’ve noticed that many individuals will post problems, it nor many will offer thanks, or acknowledge

I would say there is dairy Queen, Burger King, Taco Bell, and many other great restaurants that are fast convenient excluding cholesterol, but Bob has supplied the best menu for our problems so far.

Well, I had a chance to verify that this worked to break the locked system so I could turn it on and off. It was still showing low voltage which I cleared by holding the four arrow buttons at the same time. After these two steps, everything is reset and system working again.
Thanks to all for the help!!!!!
Mike
