No interior power
We have 120V plugged into 2015 Tuscany 40KQ and main breaker is on, but we have ac/dc power on inside. Is there a kill switch?

Do you have 120VAC interior power if you run the generator? If so, you may have a transfer switch problem that's not allowing the transfer switch to switch over to shore power.

The switch is only for 12 volt, to keep batteries from discharging while storing, provided it's wired correctly.
