Slide stuck on one side

Hi I have a 2018 Thor Miramar 35.3 and the slide on the drivers side will start to come in but stalls at the end towards the rear and the end towards the front still moves. Has anyone else had this problem and what have you done to resolve it?

Thanks

Try extending fully being sure to keep extending for 5 seconds after it stops. Then do the same when retracting, 5 second hold after it stops. Should fix it.

You might want to look under the slide and see if the metal plate that the rollers use extend the full length of the slides. If not it could be that the slide rollers catch the end of that plate and cause the motor to stall out. My dealer told me that is common from the factory and they often replace the them with full length plates before even putting the RV out for sale. Anyway, just a thought.
