Our previous coach, a 40' Tuscany, only had one problem, the screw hatch for the sewer outlet was off center from the dump outlet. Dealer cut a section out of the wet bay floor, rivited in a new piece of plastic and reinstalled the hatch, easy fix.

Our current coach has only had a couple of small items to fix. The biggest problem was intermittent loss of camera signal, turned out to be the switch box. After we had the coach one week the rear AC compressor wouldn't kick on. Went back to the dealer, freeze sensor was bad, not a Thor problem. The only Thor problem was a short in the step light from faulty wiring.

Our 1999 Wilderness TT was all issues..had to get rid of it because it was a "late Friday unit"
Our 2000 Terry TT had zero issues.
Our 200? Cougar 5er had zero issues (? I don't remember its year--could be 2, 3, or 4)
Our 2014 Axis had maybe 3: 1 caused by it being a show unit, 1 serious (leaky passenger window) and I'm throwing 1 in there because I may be forgetting something lol--oh wait: mudflaps.

Our first, a lightly used (18~24 month old) Coachmen Class C had no issues. A year or two later the microwave had to be repaired (we used it a lot) but I considered that normal wear and tear. It was a very simple RV though -- not much to go wrong.

For what it's worth, we probably contributed to the failure.

Our 2016 Vegas 24.1 was used with less than 2,000 miles. No real issues that are not normal wear. I took care of myself, loose drain under shower (my fat butt) flexed it a bit. One tire extention needed adjustment.

1 year and 9,000 miles later, no issues only upgrades and mods. Overall very are very pleased.

We think we would like a little more space but all of the horror stories keep us away from bigger unit. Not all horror stories we know are off Internet either

We are learning to maximize space and condense things. Recently we spent 8 nights in it. Absolutely no issue and quite comfortable. Was wife, 30 lb dog, 8 yr old and me.

Got a new Windsport 30.1 last fall and no warranty issues. Only mods and upgrades. Excellent build quality so far. I full time in it and put about 6500mi on it so far.

We also have a Hurricane, 2016 35C. Interested why you had to replace the roof so soon?
