Shurflo fresh water pump cycles continually.

As stated pump cycles consistently and when hooked to park water fresh water tank fills and overflows out city fill cap. Reading other posts I understand the valve is sticking. I cleaned the filter finding an unbelievable amount of plastic shavings. My guess is these came from inside water tank when Thor cut access holes for plumbing. My question is where is this valve that would be sticking and is serviceable? Click image for larger version

Are you using a pressure regulator on the city water inlet? I believe that it doesn’t take very much excess pressure to overpower the check valve and fill the water tank continuously.

It is the anti-back flow valve in the water pump that is leaking. You have three choices: easiest -replace the water pump, fastest and most expensive - replace the valve assembly on the water pump (it is sold separately), install a inline check valve just before the water pump but after the water filter. I chose the last options as I already own the PEX tools. The hardest part was finding a in line check valve with 1/2" PEX fittings
