Power issue

Hello all!

We went camping this weekend. The first day was smooth. Near the end of the second day our ac cut off and the ceiling lights went out unexpectedly. The tv and other ac outlets still had power. I am connected to the park 50amp. I started the engine for about 30 seconds and things seemed to reset. Ceiling lights back on and AC's working. The next morning while I was out walking the dogs the same thing happened. I went thru the reset cycle above 3 time in less than a hour. Surge protector had no errors when I checked. Finally we decided to leave. upon arrival at home I connected to my 30 amp for cleaning and maintenance. Not one outage. Nor has this ever happened at home ( house is on whole house surge). At the parks I use a surgeguard protector (50 amp \the $90-$100).

fyi:
The RV park is at max cap this weekend. Lots of 50 usage and some 30amp.

Appreciate your thoughts and any troubleshooting tips.

You are loosing your HOUSE 12 VDC. The batteries are dead and are not being charged by your converter. Starting the coach charges them just enough to last a little while, then when the 12 VDC goes away so do your 12 VDC lights and your 12 VDC control power for the furnace, AC and Refrigerator (unless you have a 120 VAC residential unit.

Check the 120 VAC breaker for the converter and the 30 or 40 amp reverse polarity fuses (2 of them) on the DC distribution fuse panel.
