Well we are in the disappointed group on are Gemini it’s junk, been to Indiana for problems with slide, cabinets, and just about everything. Nothing got fixed right so had to take it to a super dealer near me he got it the first time on most of it. The cabinet doors are crap and they will fall off sooner or later but i will build new ones if we dont dump it first. Never again. We have owned motor homes since the late 60s and never had junk like this.

Hi Jeepster. We are also first time RVers. We just found a new Quantum 25RC outfitted the way we wanted, and are considering pulling the trigger.
We are aware of the numerous quality issues lodged against Thor, but hard to tell if they are really more than others brands. Also hoping that the upscale Quantum model might be better than the other Thor nameplates?
How are you doing with your RC25?

We don’t have this model but our 26 ft Freedom Elite (the absolute BOTTOM of Thor products) was the most reliable of the RVs I’ve owned. Including my current Newmar. It is a near certainty that you’ll have things that need fixing on a regular basis. If you’re “handy” and have a sense of humor you’ll be fine. If not just find a trustworthy RV repair shop or a willing handyman. You do not need to go to the dealer, even for warranty work. Be proactive and regular in looking for leaks. It’s a great life and I hope you enjoy every mile and night.
