RV bed sheet help

Hello...Do you use a specific RV King Fitted sheet or ?? If so,where did you purchase.All we need is the fitted sheet, thank you

Not sure if this will help, but our Compass has an “RV” queen bed, 60x74 inches, 6 inches shorter than a standard queen. Tried regular queen sheets, but the extra fabric made them too loose! We looked for RV sized sheets, but they were pricey. So, we altered the regular sheets. Turned out to be pretty simple project to rip out the elastic on one end and rip out two of the corner seams, cut off 6 inches of length, and sew it all back together. Fits great, and stays put.

We added a 2" memory foam topper which made the standard queen sheets fit better in addition to being more comfortable.

We also added a foam topper. It's a lot more comfy; but a whole lot tougher to fold up the bed...

Business. It's crazy to pay $$$$ several hundred dollars for a bedsheet for an RV and we only want the bottom. I like the ideas to enhance the mattress to except the bedsheet, there’s got to be another way. The suspenders to pull it tight under the mattress is a good idea but
, those sheets won’t last long they’re going to rip

It's a 15 minute job to pin and sew a seam to take in the extra fabric. Put the seam across the head or at the foot, your choice. No need to take apart elastic or corners. So, find a friend, or friend of a friend who has a sewing machine to shorten it for you. You should probably invest in some straight pins and put the sheet inside out on the bed and pin it tight across the width of the bed where you want the seam so your friend will know how much to take in and where to sew it. I've been doing this for all of our RV sheets for years. If you lived closer I'd do it for you.

This seems like a reasonable shortcut. Unfortunately, we have a “princess and the pea” situation in our household, and an extra seam across the sheets wouldn’t cut it. And I have to admit that the perfectionist in me likes the finished look after disassembling and reassembling the fitted sheet. Takes about 30 minutes, and modest sewing skills. If anyone is interested in trying it, I’d gladly walk you through it.
