Water issue on 2015 Thor Tuscany 40

Iam new to the rv world but I recently took my coach to an rv park, hook up to their water and noticed after about 2 hours I was leaking water out of my fresh water tank. It seems like the water hook up was filling up my fresh water tank, this has never happened before. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you very much.

should be a valve in the wet bay that is for filling the fresh tank while connected to the city water.......SOMETIMES mine gets nudged a bit off the CLOSED spot and it will trickle fill the tank and i find it a few hrs later when drips appear under coach


in the pic its just to the left of the shower fixture and should be handle pointed DOWN

A) you have a 'fresh tank fill' valve that is left 'ON'

or

B) you have a Anderson KantLeak 4-way Valve that has a internal cartridge that has a faulty or misplaced washer, allowing the pressurized 'city water' to fill the tank
