There is no way I would consider renting our MH out. I can barely keep up with the upkeep from our own use, no interest in fixing someone elses wear and tear. Most definitely I don't want a phone call telling me I owe some repair
place a thousand dollars for something I could fix myself.

I would have to say no to renting out my MH.

I had a uncle who let his kids use his MH and one time the youngest
son had borrowed the MH and was not even 10 miles from home before
he hit something and ripped the sewer plumbing out of the MH.
