Service Estimate

So I dropped in at a local RV sales and service shop to get estimates for a couple of jobs on my Thor 23H. Specifically:
1. Cost of winterizing
2. Cost of installation of four vent covers
I'm going to be doing the work myself but I was curious to see what the pro people would charge.

The answers, to me, seemed out of line.
Winterizing - $150.00
Vent Covers - $130.00 each

Am I in error to think these charges are somewhat high, especially for the vent covers?

Very high on both of them. I would do each job my self. Winterizing is easy and installing the vent covers is about 10 mins each.

That is...if you're comfortable with it and know your plumbing system very well. Some on here are pros at it...others, not so. $150 is cheap compared to frozen line repair. Little things like the ice maker valve or water pump that's hard to get the water out of can cause the same damage as a frozen line somewhere else. Why worry...you don't get much cold, freezing weather way up there!!
