Thor 31a circuit breaker noise

What is the fan like noise coming from the circuit board (under bed) when turning on the RV power while RV is connected to house power. Don't remember hearing before. Thanks

That is the converter charging up the batteries (converts 120VAC to 12V DC). Since there usually always is a load on it the fan will pretty much run all the time you're providing 120VAC power to it.
