Wall on passenger side

I was straightening up our Thor Axis 24.1 and noticed what appeared to be a plant growing out of the wallpaper!! Didn't notice it right away because there was something hung in front of it. The seed part of the plant was in the seam. I pulled the seam away from the wall and there appears to be dirt behind there. The is about a foot down from the passenger window. Anyone else have this happen?

No plant growing out of the wall, but plenty of rot and mold under the passenger side window. If your wall is damp or shows signs of bumps, you may want to pull the wall covering away and check it.

Just a long shot here. It could be related to the issue I found on our 2016 Axis. Just for the heck of it, pull the aluminum rectangular cap off of the bottom of the front awning bracket. Ours was full of dirty water because of the spray in foam used to seal the 1 1/4" hole that was drilled though to route the electrical for the awning. It could be a source of that water intrusion.

Yes indeed Earl, that is exactly where my leak had been occurring of the past few years and rotted part of the side wall. Repaired the wall, but just recently got the matching wall paper to recover wall.
