We pull a C-Max Energi on a dolly its no Lincoln but it does have the exact same powertrain just a bigger battery, a plug, and an ugly mug.
I believe there is someone on here who pulls one four down.

The 2016 FMCA Towing Guide indicates that the Lincoln MKZ Hybrid is towable (4-wheels down) but you need to read your owners manual and check with your dealership's service department to verify. The ultimate decision and responsibility is yours to make so please do your due diligence...and good luck!

Do your own homework, DO NOT take ANY salesmans word that says the vehicle can be towed 4 down, they DON'T know or care & are there to sell cars only.

Thank you Ed L. I could not get a straight answer from anybody at Lincoln. The attached photo shows a dolly can be used . I would be afraid to go 4 down .

What does the W/O stand for in the "Tow From Front" column? It doesn't say either With/Dolly or N/A.
The Good Sam Dinghy Towing Guide says it can be flat towed up to 65 mph:

I found a member (dstankov) that evidently tows a MKZ Hybrid. Go to the link below and perhaps you can glean some usable info for your search. You might also try typing "MKZ" or "MKZ Hybrid" in the search bar and see what else might come up.

I can only assume it is with out dolly . I plan on using a dolly with front wheels off the ground . As the car is front wheel drive the rear wheels have to be free wheeling except for braking . I can't believe I couldn't get a firm answer from Lincoln that yes you can do this and not that .

I can't believe you couldn't find it in your owners manual:
"If you tow your vehicle with all four wheels on the ground:
- Tow only in the forward direction.
- Release the parking brake.
- Place the vehicle in Neutral Tow mode by doing the following: Put the ignition in accessory mode (ignition on, engine off). See Keyless Starting. Select the neutral tow option in the information display. When prompted by the information display, press the brake pedal and select Neutral on the transmission. Make sure the parking brake is off. If done successfully, a confirmation message appears in the display. Shut the ignition off. See Keyless Starting. If the process is completed successfully, the N on the transmission slowly blinks and a confirmation message appears in the display.
- Do not exceed 113 km/h.
- Start the engine and allow it to run for one minute at the beginning of each day. With the engine running and your foot on the brake, shift into position D and then into position R before shifting back into position N. "

If it's front wheel drive the back wheels have nothing to do with the transmission so you van tow it with a dolly I just towed a Toyota 1500 miles no problems but you can't back a dolly very far just. Short distances

You can't back a vehicle 4 down either. I told an older fellow that he couldn't back up with his car in tow & he said "I damn sure can____ for about a foot".

You said you were afraid to tow 4 down; I showed you, you had nothing to fear towing 4 down.

If the tow dolly is equipped with surge brakes it cannot be backed any distance. Rearward motion on the tongue of the dolly will activate the surge brakes and damage will happen.
An experienced driver can back a tow dolly, without surge brakes, a short distance. A rotating bed on the dolly can make backing a little interesting if you are not backing straight.

I was told that you can't tow hybrids they have to be delayed because it'll tear up their transmission

Not so with the Ford ones: The Fusion (Hybrid & Energi), the C-Max (Hybrid & Energi) and the Lincoln MKZ Hybrid all can be towed four down.

Not true. Master Tow instructions tell you how to disable the surge brakes for backing.
