Under voltage warning E02 while running on batteries with auto gen"enable"

Can anyone help me understand why I was getting an under voltage warning on my inverter display while running refrig etc on battery with the auto Gen selector on "enable". I assumed the gen would automatically engage with enable selected preventing under voltage. Any thing I am missing?

Have you checked the Start Volts DC setting on the AGS control unit. If it is set too low the inverter can display the low voltage before the generator kicks in.

I'll do it! Just took delivery so whatever was set right or wrong at the factory is the current setting. Working out the kinks so I appreciate the suggestion I'll let ya know what happens

first you need to locate the AGS control module. On my coach in is located on the ceiling of the same compartment where the inverter is mounted. On the control module there are a few settings that can be adjusted with a small flat tip screwdriver.

Here is the data sheet which shows a picture of the module and a brief explanation. My coach has the AGS-S and not the network version (AGS-N).
