Hdtv antenna

As a senior widow traveling in my RV several months/year, I would like to view some TV channels. I do not have a satellite. Having read the ads re: HDTV ANTENNA have any of you had any experience with this? Good or bad?

Hello and welcome.
The labeling of antennas as HDTV is just a marketing thing. All antennas are capable of receiving HD broadcast. That being said, a common problem is a weak signal depending on where you are (distance from broadcast tower) and if there are any obstructions, trees, buildings etc blocking signal. There may be a situation where you just in a dead zone for any signal. Also upon arriving at a new location, you will need to rescan for channels on your TV.
