Water pressure

Good morning. I have a 2014 Vegas 24.1. I have poor water pressure in the kitchen sink, the bathroom sink and the shower. The only good water pressure is the outside shower. Any suggestions? Could there be a clogged filter somewhere? Thanks

Can you follow your plumbing, and look for kinks?

Unscrew the aerators on the faucets and check the screens in them. Chances are they have accumulated crud or sawdust/plastic from when the rig was built. I have yet to find an RV shower that has decent flow. Most of the shower heads have built-in flow restrictors, meant to keep you from depleting the hot water too quickly. Other than removing the restrictors, I found that the Oxygenics shower heads make a big difference.

In your Vegas there is a filter attached to the outflow pipe of the water pump located under the bed on the passenger side. The pipes to the bathroom and kitchen break off in different directions after that filter. If you have poor pressure in both the bathroom and kitchen then it most probably is that filter or the pump itself. There have been cases where debris has been left in the tank during construction and plugged the filter or the pump. Download Ed’s Axis manual - if you have not already done so. It has all the diagrams in there for the Axis or Vegas.

The above is the link to the Axis/Vegas manual. Copy and paste it into your browser and it will take you there.
