water under the LR slide

On our new 2019 rw28 we have had water puddle under the living room slide, with the slide in. Dealer looked for a leak but could not find one. Anyone else had this problem?

I had a piece of trim loose on the forward lower edge of the slide and it would let water in going down the road of from being washed, used 3M trim adhesive and glued it back down, no more problem. I found it with the slide in and looked for light from inside the coach.

There has been a lot of discussion about this on the forum. I suggest running caulking along the top edge of the bottom slide trim. I found that lacking in my Miramar. Water would run down the outside of the slide and seep into gaps along this trim. Then it would make its way under the slide and drip onto the floor. It did the same thing when the slide was open but simply drip onto the ground.

It took a lot of investigation to find the problem because it was a small amount of water and only happened under certain conditions such as wind driven rain or slight tilt to the RV.

Thank you that gives me a starting point to begin the search. BTW do the dealers no read these forums? I would think it would help them to diagnose problems they come across.

Dealers don't have time to read the forums, they are too busy looking for the leaks....

Thor scans the forums regularly and there is a protocol for issues the readers find as to who they pass them on to within the company...I know this for a fact. Dealers don't care...they don't even read the brochures about the things they sell.
