Wow, that a lot of money.... But most CEO of large companies make multi Million every year with bonuses. They can also be let go if they have a couple of bad years so I hope they save some money for a rainy day.

I never begrudge anyone a big paycheck...
His head is the first one on the chopping block, if things get ugly, and he probably puts in more hours in a week, than anyone else.

He does...but it's in the shop for warranty repairs. It's been there for 2 months and he doesn't have any idea when they will get to it. They've called him in to get it 3 times but he finds out they haven't touched it and don't have a clue what they are doing....He understands though....he built it and he doesn't do anything to improve the Dealer "No-Service" Network.

There's a reason major auto manufacturers require "product exclusive" contracts. The dealer has skin in the game to make sure he represents the product after the sale...this is the only thing that brings people back...SERVICE...and service becomes his primary objective to keep the product line. Thor builds a great product. Thor has huge product lines across the board. If Thor started signing exclusive product dealers, the service issues would go away.
