Alternator not charging House Batteries

I own a 2015 Thor Axis 24.1

Issue : House Batteries intermittently or poorly charged by vehicle Alternator.

Cause: When Thor installed the 684-1251-012 solenoid they bent the mounting bracket so it would be easier to attach the wires to the solenoid. This action then compromised the weather seal of the solenoid resulting in water infiltration and subsequent failure of the solenoid.

Solenoid is mounted in engine compartment on passenger side beside the rads under fuse box.

Heads up. If your solenoid bracket was bent as shown in attached pictures you are possibly exposed to this issue.
