I-20 thru Louisiana

Any knowledge of the condition of I-20 from Mississippi to Texas ? Wondering if it is still in terrible shape. Thanks. Jerry

Yes, I made the whole length in April and again in October. That said, I-10 from Baton Rouge to Orange, TX on I-10 is in much worse shape.

Thanks Jim, we are going that way next week. So 20 is a much better ride? I know 10 is not good at all.

We’re heading to Baton Rouge from the Houston area in our Challenger later this week. Definitely not looking forward to driving I-10. Did it about a month ago (but not in our coach) and it was a miserable drive. Will just take my time and tough it out. It seems like it’s been like this forever!!

I-20 is still bad from Shreveport to the TX line (I've been driving that stretch since 1984). Around Monroe is still bad but the rest of LA I-10 is ok.

I did I-20 at Thanksgiving. My memory is the fist 100 miles from each state line is horrible, but the middle is just bad.
