Northern Route Around Great Lakes

We think it would be fun to drive the RV around the Canadian side of the Lakes next month. Can anyone tell us if it is a good idea and what the RV Parks are like and how available they are?

We found campgrounds north of the border pretty much like those in the US. If you are planning a summer trip, you might want to plan ahead and get some reservations. Do some research about crossing the border both ways. And have a great trip! BTW, they have Wll mrts up there, too, and we stayed at a couple of them overnight.

it is a great ride following the lakes in Canada. Far less traffic and the roads are in decent shape. Lots of places to stay. It does however get very crowded around Toronto. Big city!
