The Thor website can provide you with a list of the "Thor Authorized Service Centers" in your location.
In my area one of the authorized service centers sells only travel trailers and fifth wheels so I'm not sure they have a bay large enough for a motor home.
You can also call Thor Customer Service and they can provide you with the names and locations of service centers.
The problem you face in not returning to the selling dealer is that their customers may receive priority in scheduling service and you may have an extended wait time for an appointment. This same concept holds true in the automobile industry as well.
