That's a great website, crowd sourced and updated constantly. I believe they give you credit for updating a report on a location, or adding a new one, but there is a small annual cost.
You might also try the ap "RVParky" which is free, and seems to be accurate. They show the commercial campsites, military, state and federal park campsites as well as the free places.
