Red face winter driving

own a Tuscany XTE 36MQ and live in calgary alberta. plan on leaving in late January for phoenix, any one with experience with mountain driving with these type of tires in the winter? would take about 1 full day to get through the pass, any thoughts on trying this or should i go east then south through the Dakotas? have to stick around for xmas have to many kids TOM AND JOANNE

I can say that North Dakota does a great job with keeping the roads clear, not sure about the pass through the mountains in Montana. Also depends on the type of winter they have. Some years little snow.....others well !! Good luck!

thnxs jerry, see buses run all the time through the mountain,just a little unsure about the tread on these new class A, there pretty smooth,hopefully someone has made the trip from Calgary to Vancouver on the trans Canada hwy through the high mountain pass, they use artillery in the winter here.. thanks again for the response.
