No, unfortunately it didn't. Nothing wrong with it, but needed to sell.

If you, or any other readers are interested, I have an almost new (maybe used it five times) car dolly for sale. It's from American Car Dolly, has electric brakes. Also includes new spare tire/wheel. $1750 new, asking $1100.
