For Sale: Axxera AVM80 Radio

I just pulled the Axxera AVM80 radio out of our brand new 2019 Thor Four Winds 23U. I was planning on putting it on eBay but figured I'd check here first to see if anyone wanted it.

It works fine; I wanted a CarPlay compatible head unit though so I swapped it out for a Pioneer unit. The harness is already spliced into a standard Ford radio harness that the E-Series uses, but keep in mind that some of the power connections in a RV don't come from that so you'd likely still need to splice a few wires in.

Unfortunately I do not- ended up throwing it out. Even eBay doesn't seem to have a market for these radios!

I just pulled mine and will put it on ebay but thought I'd see if there is any more interest here. It came on our 2019 Freedom Elite 24FE that we picked up a week ago. I have a few more photos but it basically is new, barely used.

Best way to get rid of one of these is to tie it to a Thor jackknife couch and call your trash company to come get it.

Hi Mike, I like the unit you have. I'm sure your new unit is much nicer. We have a 2015 Thor Four Winds with pretty much the exact same unit with the exception that it does not have Sirius radio. I added one of those small units (which is too small to read or operate) since my wife and I both are visually challenged. Do you think it would take a lot of modification to make it work in my 2015?
