Winterizing 29M

I positioned all the valves to by-pass the hot water heater. I closed the valve to the water tank. Looked at the hose connection to the pump (Suction side) and it is smaller than the normal water hose? Was there a unique hose that was supposed to come with the unit or is there an adapter that I am missing? HELP

Many of Thor's units come with a winterization port on the suction side of the pump.
On my Axis it looks like this:

If your intake side of the pump simply goes straight to the tank then you don't have one. If yours does look like this you have to make up the rest of the pipe (I just purchased the fitting that screws on, I already had the clear nylon hose). Unfortunately, I don't remember the size of the fitting.

Figured it out

Had to buy a fitting and 1/2 inch hosed.
