2015 Four Winds Slide Problems

Help, We have a Thor 2015 fourwinds chateau, 33sw, Slide problems, The slde is compressed and rubbing against the front driver's side Lippert motor, slide will not retack fully, with erratic in and out operation
Has anyone with this unit had problems, Slide seems to have shifted forward, its a full wall side 28 feet, moving the frig, microwave, bed room closets, etc. , heavy load. Several repair shops have not solved.
Pete.

The slide should not move fore and aft unless you have integrity issues either in the walls of the slide or the frame around it. The tracks should hold it in place.

There have been others that have found the screws holding the tracks in place on the slide have corroded to nothing and allowed the track to come loose. That's the first place I would check.

Thanks for your advice. I have three tracks on each side of the slide and all the screws are snugh tight. I agree something has shifted or moved enough either in the wall slide or frame. The framing seems tight against the wall cut out yet one side is compressed against the motor housing. Not sure how it could move, but will have to try another repair shop
Thor was not any help when we called and of course its out of warranty.

When you say "Thor was not any help"...what did they actually tell/advise you to do?
