2015 Hurricane front not attached to chassis

Noticed this yesterday while cleaning grill from Hilton Head trip. Yet another example of Thor's poor or "No" quality!

This is a picture of the front fiberglass cab not attached to the motorhome's chassis. Unreal. Will get some screws and attach it this week.

The entire rear cap of my Winnebago Vista fell off while on a trip. It was not permanently attached to the chassis.

It's not just a Thor issue. In virtually all RV manufacturing there is no dedicated inspection, or separate Quality Department.

All quality and inspection is the responsibility of every "empowered" assembly line worker.

In an effort to save money, all RV manufacturers have virtually eliminated the Quality Department. Where they do still exist, they typically only perform sampling inspection. If your coach is one of the lucky few that was sampled, then everything should have been inspected. All the rest of the coaches just sail on through the assembly line.

Well, at least two screws are better than none. Mine appears to be attached to the block. The same on the other side.
