2015 Thor Challenger Radio issue

I can't get my Radio/camera to turn off? any thoughts?

We have the same issue with our 2017 Ford Four Winds 24F. Looking for help, too.

Just FYI the radios are powered from the house batteries, so put it in store to completely remove power to the radio.

Ours is hooked to house batteries so always on if Coach in Use. If plugged into shore power you could switch to Store but then coach batteries lose power over time. We are going to replace radio, have it wired to engine batteries, and put a kill switch on it.

Hold the power button for a few seconds. It's tiny and seemingly unmarked, at the top left corner. Download the manual

Turning it back on is the same, push and hold until it comes to life.

2017 Vegas 25.2 with Axxera radio. I read the manual and it doesn't say anything about how to turn it off. I hold the button for a couple of seconds and it goes off, but it's not really off. Every time I get near the RV my phone connects to it via Bluetooth. If the radio was really off it wouldn't do that. Also it runs the house battery down.

Had Axxera av614bh had to be changed out under warranty after would not shut down properly or by using pin in the reset part.
Yes, put coach in 'store' mode to shut off power and keep from draining batteries.
Axxera has updated to model 615 and not as much trouble.

is a link to download the Axxera Av614 manual. It has helped us resolve a couple of issues.

Google your model number and you can probably find your manual.

The radio probably has a keep alive power line that doesn't get shut off when the coach is in "Store". On our radio (the old Jensen, not the Axxera) I just moved that line to be switched with the Use/Store switch to completely disconnect the radio (I still have knife switches on both batteries, though, to remove all chance of anything drawing power while in storage).
