2016 Chateau 31W slide leaking

We bought our Chateau new and we are still having problems with water getting in the coach when the slide is in and it rains. The underside of the slide on the coach is getting wet somehow and we cant figure it out. Its been back and forth to the shop many times and we cant figure it out. Maybe the slide seal isn't sealing well enough? Do yall have any ideas of where the water is coming through. Thanks for all the help!

I had a leak -only when the slide was in, it was the bottom outside corner of the slide where a triangle covers the miter in the frame for the slide. When the slide is open the water drips outside. I was able to seal with clear silicon.
Also there was a small pin hole leak along the top of the slide window.
....Start with a small stream of water along the bottom edge of the slide and work your way up. Go slow and allow time for the water to penetrate to the inside.
Slide seals work better if they are clean and lubricated. Slide seal treatments are available.

thanks Hooligan

That was the first thing that I sealed up with silicone. Water was definitely getting in there. Its coming from somewhere else. Anyone else have any clue? Also, the little drain cups are leaning backwards toward the inside of the coach and they should be leaning to the outside. Has anyone fixed these problems before?

We have had this problem. We caulked/Dicor behind that triangle as well we thought it was running on the track in. Next time out I will take pic.

Thanks for the reply. I am bringing it back to the dealer next week, so hopefully they can fix this. What really worries me is that the slide bottom looks like it has a curve in it and it doesnt seal properly. Thor said it probably needs a t-bar adjustment???, but I have my doubts. The factory is over 1,000 miles away, so taking it there for repair is not an option. I think this is the 6th time we have taken it in for gaps and leaks.

I had the same problem...I found the bottom trim panel had no caulking at all. Water ran down the face of the slide and into the RV when the slide was in.
